DanceFloor-The Salsa School, Studio

From  2013-2015, DanceFloor used to run Salsa dance classes in Fusion, Sports Bar and 8 Degrees in Jhamshikhel. The growth was inevitable and finally, in August 2015, Dancefloor opened its own studio in the heart of the Kathmandu city,  Durbar Marg.

It is at the most accessible location as the main Bus/Micro station of the town is just 5 minutes walking distance. Even the most touristic place like Thamel, Ason(Old city market) and Kathmandu Durbar Square are 10 minutes walk away.

Our studio is in the WOODLAND COMPLEX(the building opposite to Sherpa Mall), right next to the King Mahendra’s Statue. It is next to the swimming pool area. The entrance is through Woodland hotel’s Reception.

Our studio is around 1200 square feet, enough to easily fit around 70-80 people at once. However, we have limited 30 students or 15 couples in a group for the quality of our classes.During the workshops by international instructors and our weekly practice sessions, you can expect it to be more occupied.

Drinking water is available for free.

**We use the jar/mineral water. If you have your own preference you are allowed to bring the water.

Washroom

We have separate washrooms and changing rooms for Gentlemen and Ladies.
**No shower Facilities .

Swimming in the Hotel’s pool is possible during the season.
